12 noon to 1:15 pm - Mindfulness for Short Attention Spans
Are you being pulled in multiple directions, where it seems you never have the time to focus and complete any one task? Learn brief, digestible mindfulness practices, designed for short attention spans and suitable for all experience levels. The ability to sit on the floor is not required, as instructions will be offered for mindful sitting, standing and walking.

2 pm to 3:30 pm - Yoga Nidra
Relaxation & self inquiry through guided meditation and visualization. Yoga Nidra can be translated as Yoga Sleep, yet it is not sleep. It is conscious relaxation, achieved by turning inward and remaining awake and aware during the experience.
